Code of Business Conduct

Montego Holdings Ltd is an ethical organization and we work in compliance with the laws and regulations governing wherever we operate.

This page sets out the standards for appropriate ethical and professional behavior of our employees (including Directors). It sets out the fundamental values that form the basis of, and underpin all the Company’s business relationships.

Commitment

The code applies to the Board of Directors, all full or part time staff (‘Employees’) and contract, agency or temporary staff. The Code also applies to Montego’s affiliated companies and controlled joint ventures.

Montego holdings conduct its business in accordance with best practice and is committed to observe best international oil field technologies and practices, high standards of health and safety, and to play due regard to the protection of the environment and the needs of the communities in which it is active.
